The Broker Dealer may also assist you in the presentation of the bond program to the public.  From there, you will be looking for just the right people, with the right amount of money, to fund your special project.

Remember, you aren't looking for each person to buy the same amount of bonds.  If each investor buys as they are able - whether large or small amounts - over time they will make your new community project a reality.

As a state chartered trust company, the Texas Department of Banking and the FDIC closely monitor GoldStar Trust Company. A full Banking examination is conducted, every year, to assure that all of our activities are in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and sound fiduciary principles. This is in addition to the ongoing regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Our customers' assets are held in segregated accounts for extra security.  Listed securities are held in book entry form.  Securities to be held in physical form are securely locked in GoldStar's private vaults that meet all federal regulations.

Uninvested cash in customer accounts is placed with FDIC insured national banks examined by FDIC authorities and independent public accountants.
