FAQ’s 

When will I receive my statements?
All your account statements will be available 24/7 via our web site. Unless you request a paper statement, this will be the only statement we provide.

Why do you want me to use your web site?
By using the web site to retrieve your statements, you save GoldStar printing, postage and personnel costs. In return, we can pass the savings along to you in the form of higher interest rates of return and more service on your account.

What if I still need a paper statement?
This is always available to you for a small fee of $25 per year.

If I invest in church bonds, there is absolutely no purchasing fee?
This is correct, as long as GoldStar Trust Company is the trustee for the church bond issue. If you wish to use proceeds from your GAMMA to purchase a church bond offered by a different trustee, there is a processing fee.

Is there a minimum to open the account?
Yes. You must deposit at least $2,000 initially in cash or securities.

Does GoldStar Trust Company also offer IRA accounts for church bonds?
Yes we do! We currently have over 10,000 IRA accounts and we would be delighted to talk to you about using funds in an existing or new IRA account for investing in church bonds.
